Worst Ever Weather

Recommended Posts

The next match was back in London at White Hart Lane on the following Thurs, 7th May. That was dry and 26degC.

Sunday to Thursday 25degC change!

Could these vast weather changes be linked to global warming by any chance?

In December 2011 on FM09 there was so much snow on my Alfreton Town pitch that I couldn't see either the lines or Port Vale's players. The ball wouldn't roll but I stuck, Wenger like, to my intricate passing game and, needless to say, lost 1-0.

Also, on FM07, whilst managing Clyde, we had about a month of such high winds that goalkicks from one particular end would get as far as the half-way line, run out of momentum and be blown back towards the penalty area. My goalkeeper quickly assumed the motions of a child chasing a balloon.
