How to chose Staff for a national team?

I'm chosen to lead the national team of Ghana.

There is no staff. How can i find new staff?

Although i have an assistant manager, the option of leave unrealistic options out isn't possible.

can someone help me?

The easiest way to do so is:

go to staff search

select filter "nationality" and choose "ghana"

This will display all staff with ghanaian nationality.

THese will almost always accept staff offers.

Another way is to ask the staff at your club.

They also will accept your offer more often than not.

thanks but the only ghanaian staf i found was Desailly (second nationality)...

I always manage Ghana (as it is my second nationality) and always load all players from Ghana

Agreed - for international management, you are best suited to manage a side whose top division is an active league in the game that you have marked as "Playable" in this save.

If you want to manage a country like Ghana, which can't have an active league, the best way is to "load all players from", and to start managing them within the first five seasons. (Because "load all players from" doesn't guarantee sufficient regens from that nation down the road.)

On a Small database once, I found it frustrating to manage Argentina - there were insufficient players for me to select from because it wasn't an active league.
