Try improving the squad status and the board should allow an increase in what they will allow you to offer. One a slightly diferent note I think spending 141 million on ANY player is rediculous. If I were you I would try and look for some cheaper alternatives. I am sure you should find a few players with similar stats that are much cheaper.
