m-platt
There have been a few threads on this and I think that they found a solution. Try a search on here about regen faces and I think you will probably find an answer. Like Alan mentioned, the clearing of the cache usually works but if it did not for you, you may have to search for that thread

Respected_Boss
Ive trawled the forums for the same problem and posted it numerous times and still have found no fix for this problem. There must be a fix for it as the regen faces were fine before the latest patch, but as of yet, no dice im afraid.
Administrators Neil Brock Posted May 19, 2009 Administrators Share Posted May 19, 2009 You may also need to your graphic drivers: How to Update your Graphics Drivers This depends on your graphics drivers. Some Computer manufacturers insist you download drivers from their own sites. Please refer to the website of your computer manufacturer before reporting issues with graphics drivers. Here are the websites of the largest graphics cards and chipset manufacturers: Nvidia (Gforce/Legacy) http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk ATI (Radeon) http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html Intel (Onboard Chipsets) http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ There are other manufacturers of graphics card drivers. If you can not find drivers for these cards they may have been discontinued. Please ask in this case as we may still be able to help.
