Fans not happy about player (name not included)

Now is this a bug or normal?

I bought a German Regen, DR, 15 years old yet scouts said he will be a quality player and his stats are already pretty good yet at the end of month board meeting they state that the fans are not impressed. WTF he is 15 and is a player for the future, if they had a pop about Scott Parker I could have understood as he has been playing so bad that i dumped him in reserves but to have a pop at a new signing for the future.

Anyone else had this with a youth player.

Did pay €1,5m for him so maybe thats why.

I wouldn't worry about it. To me it is a weakness in this area that there must always be a negative comment, and if there's nothing negative to say about your first team then a reserve player will be used.

It won't have any long term effect on your game though.

Thats good to know as been building up a good relationship with fans and buying youngsters has been one of my main priorities as we dont have millions to splash out every transfer window. Thought i would end up getting a negative reaction from board or fans if they thought i was buying crap.
