mmmmmmmmm Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 so heres my situation: i uninstalled fm2009 the other month as i wasn't using it, but yesterday i got withdrawal symptoms and decided to load it again. everything has gone well untill i get to the online activation screen asking for my product key. i presumed that this was the key on the back of the booklet however clearly i was wrong. i clicked the how to find your product key hyperlink, which to be honest wasn't helpful, and went to support. i clicked on the 'help' tip that was closest to my problem ( you are receiving error -1003) and followed the instructions and apparently my key is invalid. so i ask can someone please help me????? am i looking in the wrong place for my key or is it a problem with the game itself?
