Why is it International Ass Man limited compare to Club Ass Man?

Im both England and Man U manager.

• When I play as England Manager, I don't have the option of seeing players personalities as a list on the sqaud page. Normally this is accessed via assistant reports?
  
• When you request a scout report by your England Ass Man, even if his judgement of PA and CA is 20/20 he gives still gives you 2 stars on a 5 star rated player?
  
• The scout report details eg his PA/CA, personalities, strengths, weakness etc etc are normally listed on the search players page. How come this doesn't show up on the international search page or the natinal pool?
  

I mean International Ass Man should do more then club ass man. They are responsible detail scout reports.

I believe that 1 and 3 of your points are probably bugs. They worked properly on FM08 but don't work on FM09 for some reason. I have reported it on the bugs forum.

As for the middle point, I think that this has to do with England's reputation. Only top quality players will be rated highly for England due to the level of expectation.

Yes, it is annoying. Put me right off managing a nation.

You can get around it, of course, but it'll be fiddly and take a lot more time to pick your players.
