Brian Shanahan Posted May 8, 2009 Share Posted May 8, 2009 No, but if you don't change the balance as well you could end up broke e.g. if your club has £20m in the bank according to the editor and you decide to give £15m to transfer funds it only leaves £5m for to cover signing on fees and wages during off season. Personally when doing something like that I give at most half of money in bank to transfer funds, and then only to a culb with guaranteed big gates and european football. I think you have to change the clubs reputation when you change the transfer budget otherwise they don't get all the transfer money you have set in the editor.
