postal postie Posted May 4, 2009 Share Posted May 4, 2009 does anyone think the ai teams pay over the odds to co-own players? the amount of times i've seen a team buy 50% of a player for £20mill plus when the player is only worth 7mill its got me thinking that somethings not right. the last one was 50% of a player for 27.5million pounds. which the news article said 'beat the other offer of 3.5million pounds. surely paying this much for half of the player is too much.? you could buy the player outright for that much.
