I'm coming up at the end of my 1st season and want some info on how you guys deal with your youth going into future seasons. Those players on my youth team do I move all of them to the reserve keep em their if there of age or loan them out. How do you know which are ready to move up to the senior team? I have John Fleck whose scored 20+ gls 10+ Ass should I loan him out or just give him 1st team play or reserves. Just wondering how you guys go about handling your youth.
