Jirki88 Posted May 1, 2009 Share Posted May 1, 2009 I would imagine that "Working With Youngsters" doesn't affect how well he can train the youngsters... But how fast they will learn what he can teach them. So someone with 20 working with youngsters would most likely make them improve faster than one with 1 working with youngsters...
