...improve your relationship with your local press fella? Managing Eastbourne Borough and the guy I always speak to is only 'indifferent' to me - same as when I arrived. Do you just have to say positive things all the time? What can you do?

Also, has anyone ever got 100% confidence level? Does anything happen? What does it say? I'm up to 93%, just got to finish the season and hopefully I'll be there, but a pesky "we don't give a monkey's about the JP Trophy" and a squad whose harmony refuses point-blank to go above 71% is dragging me down a bit.
