Won nothing in the first season and the league & dutch cup in my second but my squad harmony is very poor. Whats the best way to improve this? RyanBRFC Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 Try not to get rid of lots of players, try not to buy lots of players in a small amount of time.. If a player says he wants to leave then you would be best off selling him as it will hurt your Squad Harmony. If a player becomes unhappy then try and offer them a new contract, they usually forget how unhappy they are then.
