Regen changing hairstyles?

Here is one of my better regens, he normally has braids but every couple weeks he let his hair out and alternates between the two. Is this a glitch or intentional?

He also seems to be happier with longer hair lol

Have you downloaded any hairpacks? If so, this could be the problem. Alternatively he could just change his hair by choice.

I havent downloaded any hairpacks either and my regens change their hairstyle, it seems like each regen has two or maybe three different hairstyles he choses from

Hair changes quite a lot like real life and their happiness in the face changes depending on his morale

Had one young striker get a very emo cut when I dropped him, though his moral was still high, so I think it was just for attention

Does anyone still get the "floating hair" regens? I finally turned all pics off after continuing to have regens with no face and just hair.

I forget how often I got them, but it was more frequently than that.

He'll never amount to anything unless he gets a mullett.

That is exactly what my scout report would look like. Hence, the reason I'm not a scout.

I like the fact that they change their haircuts, I didn't know about this although I think they should stick different hair on the real player photos every now and then for a laugh!

I find alot of black and asian regens change their hair. My LB is black, from France, changes his hair every few weeks. The white regens do not change at all, sometimes when they go on loan to another club.

one of my white regens had short blonde hair and then when i promoted him to the first team he grew it long and black emo style covering one eye!

I'd guess it's deliberate. Think David Beckham, Djibril Cisse etc.

The morale changes the hairstyle. Whenever it is "superb" he will have the long one, whenever it is "very good" he will have the braids. It's annoying sometimes because some players not only change hairstyle, but also hair colour.

I think that's a nice touch anyway.

Heh, it's not just women who cheer themselves up by having a hair restyle then?

This irritates me, it probably seemed a good idea at the time but it makes it harder to feel attached to your players. After all the real players' pictures don't change hairstyle, so I don't particularly want my centre-back to alternate between short blond spikes and medium brown quiff, or worse his defensive partner to alternate between a bald head and long dark hair every couple of weeks (is it a wig or what?!).

Same here. A few weeks ago for my sister's wedding, I went from long hair with a ponytail to a buzz cut. I didn't really want to do it, but I didn't have a choice in the matter (unless I wanted to deal with an angry sister and mother for the rest of my life).
