During claiming independence Fifa acknowledged this and has given there national team a chance to qualify for future competitions. Along with this a new team "The Vikings" has been formed and has been placed into the Norwegians second tier. While all this was happening a wealthy investor upgraded their training and youth facilities to state of the art and built them and the national team a brand new stadium "The Odin Arena" with a capacity of 10000 and can be further expanded to 200,000. As well as upgrading their facilities and stadium he also acquired services of some of the worlds most promising coaches and players who in return accepted The Viking Islands as their Nationality.
