kingpin Posted April 27, 2009 Share Posted April 27, 2009 I just let them go through the normal paces, i wouldn't want to rush them to soon and destroy their confidence if the reserve league proved to much for them, when they reach 18 they play the reserve games, my reserve team is packed so even if they are promising they would hardly get a game....
