Load/Save Game Results In Crash

This began after I had attempted to change the "user data" folder. I clicked on my dvd-drive & that was the end of it. No chance to re-select or change it; it just crashed.

I now receive an "Array Access Out Of Bounds" error when I try to Load or Save a game in Football Manager 2009. Basically I can't play any longer.

Any ideas?

I've tried this in the Technical/Bug Report section without any feedback. Hopefully I'll have better luck here
