havent been on here in a long time, but could someone tell me the full effects of tutoring young players? what does it do exactly? i use the feature but i dont know if it does anythign worthwile

It'll help increase their hidden mental stats (such as professionalism), visable mental stats (such as determination), learning preferred moves (such as plays short passes) as well as helping them to fit into the team atmosphere more and building bonds with other players.

I've seen massive attribute jumps from tutored players as well as a massive increase in performance due to a more professional outlook on the game.
