Not sure I quite understand it. Is there any advantage to be had by roaming? Say I'm scouting Europe, does my scout do each country in a psecific order? michaeltmurrayuk Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 As far as I was aware Roaming means the scout continues scouting the region until you recall him, rather than the standard non-roaming option where when the scout has scouted each country in the regional he returns home (or goes to his next assignment).
