Best Eleven

First off I loved this little addition to the game and was pleasently surprised when i first saw it. However the one thing I do find frustrating about it is that it has kept my formation from my first season which was only used for that season and now I have used the same formation 3 years running and it stays the same so not all my players now (even though they are much better than the previous) fit into the first season formation.

Is there any way to reset this or get it changed?

Also a quick add on question, what is the longest anyone has managed without actually winning a trophy? I am Burnley and am in my 9th season and although im in the premier league and champions league now I finished 2nd in the championship to go up and 4th in the prem to get into champs league and also lost the FA cup final so the trophy cabinet has not been added to.
