ptl93 Posted April 21, 2009 Share Posted April 21, 2009 okay, when i downloaded the patch i did not download to a certain area, does this have any effect on my problem..? basically..i clicked the uipdate thing on the patch wihtout any errors..and now when i go to click new game it just starts as version 9.0 without asking me if i want to use the 9.3 version, so how do i play the 9.3 verison? i didnt use steam...HELP!!! Hazzydeepy Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 So let me get this straight - you downloaded the patch and then applied the update, but the 9.3.0 database isnt showing when you go to select a database? phnompenhandy Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 The game wasn't running when you clicked on the update, was it? The patch can be anywhere - desktop and folder etc. FM will find it. Then, when you load up FM it should say 9.3.0 version regardless of database - remember you can continue you're current savegame but now it says 9.3.0 instead of 9.0.0.
