Records screen missing

I wondering if any one can tell me why for each league the records screen for that league is missing.

It is the same for every league and for every skin. Everything in the editor is fine.

It is the same for the game status screen aswell, which also is missing.

I have reinstalled the game, Tried different patches and different skins but nothing works

mine did this aswell, i got it back once i changed out of windowed mode, try that

The problem is I get a XML error when I go out of window mode and the game closes. I can only run the game in window mode

I have got it out of window mode but it still does not work
