FM09 Won't open!

This morning I tried to open my FM but it is asking for my Activation Code! When I took the code and tried to activate it said that it was already activated and that I should buy another.

The game has been installed since release day!

Anyone got a clue what the hell is going on??

Did you install the game on multiple computers or install it and then returned it to the store? Sounds like you are playing your game through steam and the seat you were using was deactivated.

I am playing it through steam, It says that the code I am using is already activated. Why all of a sudden does this happen though?

That same code can only be used on 5 computers, so if you are suddenly de-activated someone has removed your seat. If you have shared your code with someone, borrowed it etc, then this is where these issues come from.

However there could be another explanation which you might find by using the search function. I'd have a look but my internet is really slow.
