Cant recall a player from loan at affiliate?

I'm Celtic and i have a promising couple of players on loan at Luton, my affiliate in England.

In the description of affiliate it says that i can send players on loan to Luton and RECALL THEM AT ANY TIME.

But i cant. Or can i? There is no recall from loan option
