Guide younger players.

Is it possible to set a senior player to guide a youngster? I see other clubs do it on the game. But I can`t seem to find a way to do it on my team.

You can set it through the young player's interaction page.

Go to player interaction on a young player that you want to be guided/tutored by a more experienced player. Then if he is young enough, there will be an option for him to be tutored by someone. At the bottom of the player interaction screen there is something a long the lines of 'linked players' - that's where you can choose the player who you want to teach the youngster. Then you select the option that says player x can learn from player y or any of the other 2 options.
