KDR
Not sure mate. Seen teams IRL play in change strip at home in CL (seem to remember Arsenal wearing yellow at Highbury and the Emirates a time or ten), but not sure why it happens or if FM reflects RL stuff like that. Kenco
Maybe if both of the opposition's kits are similar in colour to the home team's 1st kit, then the home team would wear their change kit.

Just have a look at Porto's kits, maybe they are really similar
michaeltmurrayuk
Both of Porto's kits will clash with your home kit so you (both of you in this case) have to wear your away kit at home: Wycombe's home kit light blue/dark blue, Portos home kit is blue/white stripes, there away kit from that screenshot is lightblue, hence you wear your red away kit as both Porto's kits clash with your home kit. Kenco
Aston Villa were at home to West Ham today, and were forced to wear an all-white kit because the referee felt that West Ham's away kit was too similar to Villa's home strip.
