I neve get Liverpool without Arseanl, Chelsk or the Mancs the other side of it. What the hell. I think maybe fixture lists need a bit more randomness to it. Delvey Posted April 14, 2009 Share Posted April 14, 2009 AFAIK, the Spanish fixture system IRL has all teams playing through the same fixture list but starting at different points. This season Barca, Real, Valencia and Seville were in a row (therefore all teams had to play their big four in one hit). Loads of teams started to rest their top players during this period knowing thatey wouldn't get a win, and as a consequence the next team in the list (can't recall who) kept getting battered by teams much fresher than they were!!
