Help with New Game

Hey guys, i just installed FM 2009 i currently have the 9.1 patch, when i click "New Game" it sais select database, so i choose 9.1 and nothing happens, it just stays on the little box that tells you to select a database, how do i get around this?

Dont choose 9.1.0 then, either use the default database or the 9.3.0 (newest) one.

i choose default and same thing happens

That is strange - I am not very competent when it comes to technical stuff, but I havent seen this sort of problem around much. If I understand correctly, when you go to start a new game, select a database and hit confirm - nothing happens?

Well actuallt you dont have to click a confirm button, you just click on default or 9.1 then nothing happens, it stays at that little screen that you choose the database

I would advise you to go to the technical forum mate - people will be able to help you out better there (but I wouldnt expect that any real official advice until tommorow - unless your lucky).
