Can you not bid for players that are co-owned?

You can but you need to make an offer, that is accepted, to both of the clubs that co-own the player.

Yeah I want to bid for Hamsik, and in the last 3 months his value is going up and up, luckily I have £150 million to spend at Liverpool (tycoon), so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
