Ediocy Posted April 10, 2009 Share Posted April 10, 2009 The reason for this is because you had unticked the "Allow transfer budgets in first window" option when you had created your game. Ah ok, I just checked ingame and yes my bad. It has nothing to do with the "Allow transfer budget in first window" option in Spurs' case.
