Kat999 Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 Hi all! I need to de-activate a license key that was associated to a computer i don't use anymore. I've tried with this link: http://deactivation.fm2009.softanchorinsight.com/ but i get a "Unable to lookup devices" error I've tried from different pc's and notebooks, but i always get that error. I am sure the key is correct, i also used this: http://keycheck.fm2009.softanchorinsight.com/ to check it and it is ok. So what can i do now?
