Getting national team player reports even though I quit

I am think this is a bug but I am not entirely sure and was wondering if anyone else has experienced it before.

I was the manager of Italy but got offer the Brazil job so I accepted the Brazil job and despite this I still get reports about the odd player here and there from Peruzzi who is the Italian coach and doesnt work for my club side. Why does this happen? Has anyone else had it?

yeah i also had it when i left a national job for another one i would get coach reports from the ass man of both teams on the next opposition
