They are going to bring a continental style of management to the saints. this means, among other things, that they will be linking the 1st team, reserves and u-18's so they will be playing the same style of football so as to make the transition for youngsters easier. how could you do that in fm? creating a tactic to use for all 3 teams and tick the 'use current tactics' in the team settings menu? is there something else that can be done? thanks!
