Ok, I can't be bothered to write a back story for this because I have no creativity but oh well.

Essentially there will be 16 new teams created and split evenly between the blue square north and south.

All teams will start with good finances, a 15,000 seater stadium, 2500 reputation and world class youth and training facilities.

Now, the only thing that will be different for each team is your players.

You get to choose the standard of your starting players.

You will have 15 points to spend and you can spend them on up to 11 players from the following list

Class 1 - 1 point

CA 60, PA 60

Class 2 - 2 points

CA 60, PA 100

CA 80, PA 80

Class 3 - 3 points

CA 60, PA 140

CA 80, PA 100

CA 100, PA 100

Class 4 - 4 points

CA 80, PA 140

CA 100, PA 120

Class 5 - 5 points

CA 100, PA 160

CA 120, PA 120

Class 6 - 15 points

CA 160, PA 200

So you need to select up to 11 players from the different classes with a maximum of 15 points and for each chosen player you can define any position.

E.g. you could choose 1 class 6 player as a ST

of you could choose 3 class 4 players, 1 MC, 1 DC and 1 GK, and 1 class 3 player as a ST.

All chosen players will have a 5 year contract at very good wages with loyalty of 20, favourite club set to your own club and your manager set as favoured personel.

One other thing I forgot to say is everybody needs to say which of the players from their chosen classes they want.

E.g. if you choose a class 4 striker you need to say if you want a CA 80, PA 140 or CA 100, PA 120 player.

Also having followed Kipfizh's Bandit's experiment it is worth noting that most good players that are created to play in the Conference will move on after a season or 2 no matter what but putting their reputation at 1 may help delay this somewhat, just a thought.
