getting a club job

i just started a new game as the manager of australia and i want to get a job as a premier league club but none are available at the moment but a couple says "under review" and i was wondering if i can declare interest or if i can only apply for job as manager if the position is available

If the position is Available you can apply.

If it is Precarious, Very Insecure or Insecure you can declare your interest which, if you are a good enough manager, may mean that they sack their current manager and offer you the job.

A job Under Review means that a new manager has just been hired and the board are given him a honeymoon period of sorts.

I thought 'under review' meant that they were reviewing the manager's performance, ie considering his job?

In my game the Valencia job was 'under review', and then a few days later it was available.

I don't know - I've only seen 'Under Review' once and that was in my sign-up where a manager was fired and replaced by someone else. The new person's job status was/is 'Under Review'.

I thought Under Review was used when a caretaker manager was appointed?

And I thought Under Review was when new owners came in and were deciding whether to keep the current manager!

I think it could be used for either of those two situations as well.
