What the quickest way to get a work permit for him? whats the rules on international caps about work permits please help. I am struggling to get any decent feeder clubs? Cometdude Posted June 21, 2008 Share Posted June 21, 2008 There are two ways. 1) send him out on loan to a belgian team and three years later should become an EU national. 2) Add a new manager as the manager of his national team and play him in every match until he has played 75% of the countries (last 15 games I think) but then he could get one. SWaRFeGa Posted June 21, 2008 Share Posted June 21, 2008 If you've signed him, then you must have an affiliate you can loan him out to. Othwerise the transfer would be cancelled. You'll have to send him out for anything between 2-5 years. Keep offering him a new contract every 3 month or so, and see if that resolves anything as well.
