scoot4nat
I had 4 physios and after searching ofr better alternatives, decided to let 3 of them go. I had arranged to take in 3 replacement world class guys. However, after sacking htem my board block the transfer of the new guys syaing they don't think we need another physio. Now I only have 1. Is it linked to the amount of coashes/scouts I have as there are quite a few!
elsgouro
When you try to sign a staff member, the board lets you know how many of them they think the club needs. You should check that when you're offering a contract to any staff member (contract offer screen, bottom of page). So if you already have more than they recommend, you'd better stick to them, as they won't let you replace them, but you've already noticed that. I don't think it has to do with how many coaches or scouts you have, for every single staff role they accept a certain amount of contracts.
juve_curr
What difference does having a lot or one or two physios have? Does it make any difference?
phnompenhandy
No decisive tests have been done, but it doesn't appear that having more than one physio brings any benefits.
