It seems that if you're doing well then you will be fine and the new chairman/board will give you time under their reign. Well thats what happened with me anyway... The new chairman wanted Juande Ramos, but after taking over he considered it for a while and then let me keep the job based on "the support for my management at the club", presumably because I had been getting the results needed...
