It seems that often players are wanting to move to clubs that realistically, wouldn't be much better nor offer them better opportunities.

The dreaded 'Wants to be able to discuss terms with <insert teams>' comes up a little too much in my opinion.

Yet...

I've found that players who become unhappy at the club thanks to a rejected bid, fire themselves into form because of this.

Can be quite useful too.
