AcidBurn
The record for Sunderlands league appearences is 537, Craig Gordon has 409 for the past 4 seasons he has kept 30 plus clean sheets every season. He will be 36 this coming season in December. He will need another 3 full seasons and then play another 3rd of the following season to break this record. Will it be impossible for him to do this or can he go on long enough to break the record? Will his physical attributes become too much of a burden for the best team in the world? What do you think can he do it or not?
Terras-FM
If you keep him playing i find that they can go onto there about 40-42 His stats are going to decrease but are you willing to take that risk?
AcidBurn
Not really sure gonna have to see how he gets on I suppose I have a decent backup if he starts to get too bad. He has got better with age and has the best back 4 in europe protecting him.
DevonSpurs
Not going to happen, his stats will drastically drop in the 3rd season, making him pretty much unplayable.
AcidBurn
Wonder if any form of training can sustain his stats for a while.
DevonSpurs
Wonder if any form of training can sustain his stats for a while. Pretty much no training, just a low fitness plan, with minimal GK, Its not like he is going to improve, and as long as his fitness levels are good, then he will always be a choice for your selection. AcidBurn
I offered him a 3 year contract but he would only sign a 2 year contract. I hope he keeps going but if he doesnt I will have to start with another player.
