English Takeover Sign-up with a Twist- Sign-Up Thread

I will start this off by saying this sign-up will require users to play an active part, so if you can't dedicate some time to responding and participating than please don't waste my time, hasdgfas's time, or the time of those who want to be in the sign-up.

The English FA has decided to allow 12 people to create teams to be placed in the Premier League, Championship, League 1, and League 2. These teams will have their chairmen purchasing stadiums, training and youth facilities, as well as players. Each team will be given a budget based on their League Status and any money left over after purchases will be placed in the bank balance to help teams improve as the years go on. Please post G16S to show that you have read the rules. You will not be able to go over your allotted budget, so no debt to start out. There will be 3 places available in the Premier League, 3 places available in the Championship, 4 places available in League 1, and 2 places available in League 2. All teams will be rivals with each other, as well as one other team of their choice. The names must be realistic, any names that myself or hasdgfas feel wouldn't fit in real life will need to be changed.

We reserve the right to ask you to modify your entry if we feel that what you are doing goes against the spirit of this particular sign-up. You will first be notified of any changes that need to be made and if those changes are not made, then you will forfeit your place. We want this sign-up to be one of the most successful on these forums and that will require the dedication of those in it as well.

Anyone who did not make it into the team sign-up portion, your participation in the actual thread is greatly encouraged. Each half season there will be a set of predictions that will be made based on the upcoming portion of the season. Based on the points gained from these predictions, users will be able to enter the sign-up, via the use of FMRTE. Anyone who wins the pool of users not in the sign-up will have a player entered onto the sign-up team of their choice.

You may be wondering how your teams will get their players. Once this sign-up fills up, the teams will be given a budget (based on the average values of the top 22 players of each team in their league), that they will use to purchase a 22 man squad. In addition, there will be a list of Premier League players that people will not be able to purchase because they were recently purchased or because they are a player who I believe would be very reluctant to leave their current squad. However, you may feel free to buy players from abroad but you must provide the player, team they were on, and the value of that player, but please keep it realistic. (Meaning no Messi, Kaka, Ribery, Eto'o, etc.) You must remember that your team is a newly promoted squad (albeit with the money of a mid-table club) and not every player will want to go to your team.

This post will be reserved for the league budgets and screenshots of every team from League 2 up with their first team and reserve squads shown. It is from here that each team will "purchase their players." If you have any questions please ask, as we want everything to be as clear as possible.
