Mac and Mac Patch...sorry new player here

So, I uploaded the game on my Mac and uploaded the patch. All seems well. I put the patch into my FootballManager2008 folder. Does it just work or is there something else that I have to do? Thanks for your patience. I ask only because I don't see anything denoting its inclusion with the rest of the game.

Did you click on the patch to unzip it and then install it as per the directions?

If not, do so and you should see the main screen say that you're playing with 8.0.2 instead of 8.0.0.
