Topple the Premier Challenge

1) Pick any country outside the top 6 leagues. Outside the top 10 is even better, since 11 downward don't automatically get into the Champions League Group Stage. Outside the top 14 is key as most of those have not made it very far.

2) Make the whole league on the UEFA rankings break into the top 6 and if you can make it topple the English Premier League by making it number #1.

3) Have at least one club win the Champions League and UEFA Cup (can be two different clubs or same).

Extra: Try to do this without coaching the national team for an added difficulty.

Suggestions:

-Mostly you would have to start as the manager for the nation and wait for an opening in the domestic league . IE Czech Republic wait for spot to open up in Czech League.

-Make sure the best clubs do well. IE Slavia Prague and Sparta Prague win UEFA Cup and Champions League.

-Probably also would need to get some 2nd tier club promoted and turn it into a powerhouse to challenge the top flight. IE Get Dunfermline to challenge Rangers and Celtic. And win the Scottish Premier. Also get Dunfermline to win some trophies if not Europe.
