ghostb Posted March 25, 2009 Share Posted March 25, 2009 do you know if there's a difference between loaning out your young talents to other teams orr having them in the reserves and learning from one of your first team players? i mean playing friendlies in the reserves not reserve fixtures. I actually set up more friendlies for my reserve team than i have official matches with my first squad. so..which do you think is better for young players? official matches in a poor team or friendlies+learning from player in reserve team?
