Firstly, send scout to a specific region where great players are produced like Brazil, or Argentina. Then loan out these 3 players, 1. Lula 2. Tales 3. Pablo Ore However, when i was York in the Conference they wouln't come to me. But sell some players and buy them for about £35,000 each. If you want a player with great attributes, on player search, type in Nationality - Brazil Age - 0-21 Status - Listed For Loan. My York squad has 6 Brazilian under 21's who are AWESOME.
