Coopvalho Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 I find that if they put in an average performance instead of Sympethising with them, be disappointed...it's not like you need to build up their confidence anymore. You need to make them focus...and also, possibly bring in some players off of the bench to replace first team players (possibly against lower teams) because they'll try harder to win their place.
