download the link for either rapidshare or if youve got a torrent, download it that way.

when the download it will bring up a mini fm screen and just update the files.

Sorry if I sound stupid, but I am currently downloading the installer via rapidshare to my desktop but can you be more specific on where I need to transfer the files?

It's the same as any other computer file. You simply run it once it has downloaded and click UIpdate.
