PrinceEgypt
What is the difference when telling a player: a) State that you see xxx as an ideal role model for xxxx b) State that you think xxx would benefit by adopting xxx approach to the game c) State that you think xxx can learn from xxx Does it have any effect on anything by choosing one or the other? Thanks

golfpunk
There was a thread explaining this some time ago but I can't remember where or when it was. It does make some difference but I can't remember what the comparisons were. Anyone want to clear this up?

Thanks There are three things that can change depending on tutoring. - Preffered moves - Personality - Mental Stats Each one of the options has two of these iirc, but I can't remember the order. iacovone
Tbh idk LOL hahahaha Could you learn how to type - it'd help the rest of us understand what on earth you're trying to say. Thanks. As to the OP I always took it that the third option was to learn a PPM. The middle was to learn mental attributes and the first was for both. Could be very wrong though

phnompenhandy
The 'recieved wisdom' is that A = mental atts and PPMs B = mental atts only C = PPMs only However, Lyssien's experiments suggest that this is incorrect and that there isn't any difference! by the way, the mental atts affected are hidden ones and determination only.
