Newbie Question: Injuries and Conditioing

physical training is the main one.

best way is intense in pre-season and low during the season.

make sure you keep players fresh by not playing them 90 mins.. for large amount of games in a row. also if they have got low conditioning, try resting them from their training schedules.

also dont have too many training schedules set to intense. as this tires them out too.
