Lucozade007
There's a co-owned player i want to buy and there is no option of making an offer for him. Any ideas?
slipknot67
I had this as well, nowt you can do as it seems the club that buys 50% share also has first option to buy him outright...you'll have to wait till one of the clubs buys out the other 50% or the co-ownership deal expires. JoeCFC
I think the rule is that if a club has bought 50% of the player you can't bid for him until the next transfer window. I'm not sure about that though.
hamilton162
You have to wait until the deal expires or one of the teams buys out the other before you can make an offer. Best to move on to other transfer targets as this can take forever in FM09
GanRob
You can bid coowned players only when the transfer window is open I think as for now. After that, buy the 50% from both teams and the contract screen will appear.
